Last night, we received an email from one of our customers who is also a volunteer at the Bay Area Humane Society informing us that the heat exchanger in the kennel area had broken. She asked if we had any blankets that we could donate as all 60 dogs in the shelter would go without heat until the unit could be repaired. Therefore we dropped off 100 bath blankets this morning. The staff at the Bay Area Humane Society was nice enough to allow us visit Maggie the Bearded Collie while we were there. Here's hoping that all of the dogs stay warm until they all find a loving home.
