Clean Green certification differentiates launderers by verifying their adherence to a well-defined list of green management practices and compliance with energy and water conservation standards.

For decades, 4902 Seventh Ave. was home to the Polish Legion of American Veterans. Before that, it was the Hollywood Theater. And long before that, it was the Butterfly Theater. Now it’s the new home of “Circa on Seventh,” a banquet hall operated by the owners of L&M Meats and Catering. L&M’s owners, Kathy and Keith Meyer, are also re-branding their formal catering business as “Culinary Infusion.”

Any restaurant utilizing Bay Towel Linen and Uniform Rental will receive a total of four points toward Green Restaurant certification: two in the energy practices category and two in water practices. Verification of standards must be provided. In addition, utilizing reusable napkins adds six points!

What is a Bistro Napkin? Well, it is fashioned after a utility towel called a crash towel that was traditionally used as a dish towel in the back of the house. We have taken this concept, redefined its application, improved its quality and are now offering it as a unique napkin option.
